Dementia, Cheerios, and Glyphosate – What do they have in common?

Roundup for Breakfast anyone?

That’s right.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG) commissioned testing of popular oat-based cereals and other oat-based foods marketed to children. Almost all of the samples tested by EWG had glyphosate residues at levels higher than what EWG scientists consider protective of children’s health with an adequate margin of safety. Interestingly, a previous study revealed that Cheerios had the highest level of glyphosate out of all the dried cereals.

That’s very comforting.

“The tests detected glyphosate in all 28 samples of products made with conventionally grown oats. All but two of the 28 samples had levels of glyphosate above EWG’s health benchmark of 160 parts per billion, or ppb.”

Glyphosate is not only carcinogenic (cancer-causing), but I have discovered clinically that glyphosate gets concentrated in the brain, causing dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological maladies.

It’s time to trash your dried oat cereals.

Do the following names sound familiar to you?

  • Quaker Breakfast Squares (1014 ppb)
  • Quaker Simply Granola Oats, Honey & Almonds (862 ppb)
  • Quaker Overnight Oats Raisin Walnut & Honey Heaven (1029 ppb)
  • Soft Baked Bars Peanut Butter (1029 ppb)
  • Honey Nut Cheerios (894 ppb)
  • Frosted Cheerios (893 ppb)
  • Apple Cinnamon Cheerios (868 ppb)

These are just a few of the products tested. The take-away message is you must stop consuming these products and start detoxing the glyphosate.

A recent case study involved a male patient in his 70s who developed dementia approximately six months ago. I and my cohort, retired integrative medical doctor friend consulted on the case; we discovered a high concentration of glyphosate in his brain especially the left side. Interestingly, the patient gave a history of eating Cheerios every day for breakfast for years. In just two weeks of doing some basic therapies (methylene blue, infrared sauna, glycine, glutathione and other chelating agents, the patient’s wife noticed a significant difference in her husbands behavior.

Because of cases like this one and many others, I wrote the book, Remove the “Splinters” and Watch the Body Heal to awaken people to focus on the root cause(s) and stop treating the symptoms.
