Biological Healing: The Three Pillars to Achieve Ultimate Health

Gerald H. Smith, DDS, DNM

Establishing health involves a three prong approach: detoxification, rebalancing the intestinal flora, and regeneration.

The toxic initiators of the disease process are many. Heavy metals, pesticides, chemicals, pathogens, acid pH, vaccines and their adjuvants, psychological distress, genetically modified foods, chem trails, chlorinated and fluoridated water, electromagnetic frequencies, gluten, phytoestrogen high foods (soy, flax oil, etc.), high fructose corn syrup, dental infections (root canals, cavitations, galvanic currents, toxic dental materials, tooth decay), and pharmaceuticals are just a few that practitioners should make a conscious effort to reduce. These toxic initiators disrupt the normal physiology of the cell, tissues, organs, and alter the DNA. The ultimate result is systemic inflammation, which in turn causes fibrosis. It is the fibrosis which reduces the micro circulation and normal cell function. The end result is degeneration, disease and death.

Removing the initiators enables the liver to more efficiently filter the blood providing cells with an abundance of oxygen, nutrients, and waste removal all required to maintain homeostasis. In addition, the immune system can more effectively remove cancer cells, pathogens, and other foreign materials more efficiently.

The initiators have a common result, systemic inflammation specially in the intestines, which provide 60 to 80 percent of the body’s immune system. Swelling of the intestinal mucosa, which includes Peyer’s patches reduces the immune system by 1/3 to 1/2 of its effectiveness. Without removing this dysfunction, one can never resolve illnesses.

The first objective is to remove the causative factors. Once the intestinal inflammation subsides, the healthy flora can be reintroduced by means of pre and probiotics. A diet high in fiber, devoid of dairy, sugar, and wheat (gluten) will dramatically reduce slugging of the lymphatic or drainage system of the body. A cleaner intestine insures better nutrient absorption and healthier cells. Once the burden of toxins are reduced and the intestinal mucosa restored, its time to regenerate the cells, tissues and organs. By supplying protomorphagens, genetic blue prints provided by desiccated bovine tissue, the body can start repairing the damage. Homeopathic sarcodes (remedies that stimulate normal function), food based nutrients and raw foods provide the building blocks for normalcy. Restoring the three pillar’s of health is the body’s insurance policy for maintaining a quality of life. The closer one gets to the truth the more simplistic the solution. A biological approach to healing meets the physiological needs of the body and has a formative tract record to support its principles.
