Chronic Fatigue with a Twist
I have said for many years that vegetarianism is really not a science based way to go to maintain good health. When you need a verification your belief system the universe provides. Vanuatu presented with long standing chronic fatigue. She had been seen by many medical doctors, specialists of all kinds and numerous hospitals. Unfortunately no one was able to sort Vanita’s issues out.
During my medical intake history, I discovered that Vanita was a vegetarian with pretty strong convictions. I told her flat out that she would not recover eating a strict vegetarian diet. Simply put the body does not produce enough cellulase ( an enzyme) to digest the cellulose (fiber) in the vegetables. Even though veggies are complex carbohydrates, they still raise the insulin levels and cause systemic inflammation. Besides the inflammation there are nutritional deficiencies especially protein and fat soluble vitamins.
Clinically my examination uncovered hypothyroidism with multiple heavy metals within the gland (nickel, lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, and aluminum), cytomegalovirus, Epstein Barr virus, tetanus vaccine, hepatitis B, yellow fever, and multiple pesticides. Again these findings represent the core issues that cause all the blood values to go haywire.
Treating the abnormal blood values is meaningless because they are reactionary. To my surprise Vanita started eating red meat and taking my recommend supplements. To her amazement, she stated that she is feeling so much better in just two weeks.
