You really don’t have to wait for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to legislate change in the food industry to start your journey to get healthy again. Just get proactive and follow the 6 tips presented below:

  1. Start avoiding the following foods:
    a. High fructose corn syrup: tears up your liver and makes you fat.
    b. Conventional grain foods: breads, cakes, dried cereals are loaded with glyphosate,
    which causes leaky gut, leaky brain, and cancer and is a hormone disrupter.
    c. Processed foods: frozen dinners, low fat yogurt, processed meats like sausage,
    pepperoni, and bacon, cookies, pastries and cakes, white bread, sugary drinks, ice
    cream, French fries and potato chips, fruit juices, processed cheese, agave nectar (has
    more high fructose corn syrup than table sugar), pizza, fast foods, industrially produced
    vegetable oils (canola, soy, vegetable, cotton seed, safflower, corn, sunflower, and fish
    oils), candy bars, margarine, sweetened coffee drinks, and low-carb junk foods (they
    contain little nutrition and plenty of artificial ingredients or chemicals).
  2. Must filter your water: if you do not filter your water, your organs will.

  3. Reduce your caffeine consumption.

    of the brain and can cause osteoporosis.
  5. Reduce you exposure to EMFs: wi-fi, cell phones, computer radiation: causes systemic inflammation.
  6. Start eating real foods: fresh fruits, vegetables, and organic meats free of growth hormones,
    antibiotics, and steroids.
